Meet the person who introduced us to the concept of “lifestyle management” - Rishi Solanki.

With a strong background in athletics, football and many other sports, holistic fitness has undoubtedly been his first true love. He's been living and breathing the fit life for as long as we can remember.

You can often find him emphasizing the importance of an 'active functional lifestyle'. Rishi has not just changed but drastically transformed the lifestyles of many individuals with varying fitness levels, goals, health concerns and profession.

Sustainable fitness is his motto and he truly believes in turning it into a lifestyle instead of a short term goal (it’s a marathon, not a sprint). If not on a run, in the gym or conducting beach workshops, you’ll find him motivating everyone around him to become a better version of themselves.
